Mix all ingredients except water. Mix well. Add water a litte at a time until dough does not stick on hands. Make medium dough balls. Use rolling pin to flatten dough balls, sprinkle flour if dough sticks. Fry in oil. Make sure oil is very hot. Use two forks to spread dough in the oil. When bubbles form , pop with forks. Fry one side then flip. Fry to liking. When done let oil drain in pan and place standing on napkin.
Add favorite fruits.
Suggested are Strawberries, Kiwi, Pineapple, Blueberries
Prheat oven to 330 dgrees. Whip butter until smoothe. Approximately 3 minutes. Add sugar, mix well. Add flour. Dough should be able to spread in pizza mold. Pregrease mold. Bake until light brown. Approximately 20 minutes. Let cool.
Mix all ingredients. Beat until smoothe. Spread on cooled cookie.
You can use canned pie fillings or make your own.
Whip butter until creamy. Approximately 3 minutes. Add sugar, stir. Add the rest of the ingreditnts minus flour, mix well. Add flour little by little, if dough is too wet add more flour. Dough should be able to stretch as if to make tortillas. Cover and let rest.
